Terms:
1% 10 Days-Net 30 days with approved credit. Payment must
be made and received within 10 days of INVOICE date.
No discount
alllowed on freight, miscellaneous charges or sales tax.
All other accounts Credit Card (Master Card, Visa) or
C.O.D. Minimum order is $100. Any order less than $100
is subject to additional $10 charge
Past
Due Accounts:
All accounts over 45 days will be shipped C.O.D. only. Accounts
over 90 days will be notified and turned over for collection
10 days after notification. All invoices over 45 days will
be charged 2% per month finance charges. Collection fees to
collect past due acounts are totally the responsibility of
the past due customer.
Return
Check Charges:
Customer is responsible for and will billed for our bank charges
for any returned checks.
Minimum
Billing:
Minimum order is $100. Any order less than $100
is subject to additional $10 charge.
Minimum
Quantity:
No minimum quantity required for packaged product. Minimum
or standard package amounts may apply to bulk items.
Sample
Policy:
Samples at no charge are not allowed. Due to our no minimum
order policy they are not necessary.
Quotes:
Quotes are valid for 30 days. To be accepted, quotes must
be in writing and have a valid quote number. All goods quoted
are subject to prior sale by caltronics and the manufacturer
which may extend quoted delivery times or make the product
unavailable. No liability will be accepted for any damage,
cost or lost sales arising directly or indirectly from delays
in delivery of our products for any reason.
Freight:
All orders are
shipped F.O.B. Torrance, CA. All hazardous matirial
shipping
charges will be added to any applicable invoice.
Back orders will be shipped FOB Torrance and will be
subject to freight
charges.
Stock
Adjusment:
Full stock adjusment allowed on a four-for-one basis. Merchandise
to be returned must have been purchased from caltronics by
distributor requesting credit within 18 months from the date
of the return. Returned merchandise must be new, unused and
in the original packaging. Used,
defaced, altered or defective product will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be shipped to caltronics pre-paid
with off-setting four-for-one order. Return authorization
required and RMA Number must appear on all returned boxes.
Distributors will be notified of returned products not accepted
for stock adjusment for disposition. No merchandise will be
accepted for return without an offsetting order of adequate
value. Any returns received in boxes not showing a proper
RMA number will either be refused or returned using the shippers
account number. No returned merchandise will be accepted for
cash refund or refund only. Credit only towards future shipments
will be issued for all returns.
Returns
for Credit:
Items returned for other than stock rotation, ordered
in error or customer cancellation, will be subject to a restocking
change of at least 25%. Items special ordered at customer's
request are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Returned merchandise
must have been purchased from Caltronics by distributor no
more than 30 days prior to date of request for return. Returned
merchandise must be new, unused, and in original packaging
and manufacturer carton/cases. Return authorization required
and RMA number must appear on all returned boxes. Any returns
received in boxes not showing a proper RMA number will either
be refused or returned using the shipper's account number.
No merchandise will be accepted for cash refund. Credit only
towards further purchases will be issued for all returns.
Returns must be received within 30 days from date RMA is issued.
Other
Information:
Taxes will be added to each invoice unless you have specified
that the product is for resale and have provided us with
a
completed and signed resale card. A $5.00 handling charge
applies to all
orders, and will be added to the freight charges shown on
your invoice.
Specifications:
Product specifications, sizes, dimensions, appearance, color
and package increments are subject to change without notice.
Claims:
All claims for shortages, incorrect material, or damaged material,
along with supporting documentation, must be reported within
30 days from receipt of merchandise.
Warranty:
All products sold by caltronics are guaranteed to be free
defects in materials and workmanship and to function properly
when used according to the manufacturers instructions and
normal good practices, for a period of 90 days from sale to
ultimate customer. Manufacturers warranties may supersede
those of caltronics.
Caltronics
will replae or allow credit, at our option, for any item (except
for Master Appliance and Edsyn product as instructed below)
which is found by us or by our representatives to be defective.
No liability will be accepted for any damage arising directly
or indirectly from the use of our products. Our liability
is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective item.
Return
defective merchandise (except Master Appliance Product and
Edsyn Product as instructed below) to caltronics prepaid for
replacement or credit. No return authorization required.
